We are a safe and zero-pressure exercise community for women to meet up, chat, laugh, share challenges, celebrate achievements, support each other (particularly when new to Joburg) and move together—whether it's yoga, walking, running, HIIT, or padel.
She Moves is here to help you settle into Joburg by connecting you with like-minded women for fun, zero-pressure movement, friendship, and support. We know that some weeks you’re full of energy and ready to push yourself, and other weeks… not so much. Whether you’re navigating hormones, recovering from birth, adjusting to perimenopause, or just looking for a supportive space to meet other likeminded women in Joburg, we’ve got you.
Join us every Wednesday morning after school drop-off at 7 AM. We start together with a sunrise yoga session, then you choose your movement—padel, walking, running, or HIIT—based on how you feel that day.
All sessions are fun, inclusive, open to all women, whether you have lived in Jozi for 3 days or 30 years . Moving your body and connecting with others will leave you feeling energised, and ready to take on the day! ✨
